MOSCOW SHORT - FILM FESTIVAL
is glad to announce the call for participation in the competitive programme of the Festival in 2010.
The debut, student and diploma works of all genres of duration less than 30 minutes are being considered.
The copies of the works on DVD are accepted together with the filled application forms.
The dead line for application forms is November 1, 2010.
